No-Obligation, Free Advice Clinics for All
We understand that this is a difficult and uncertain time. There are many challenges being faced by everyone.
Cotswold Family Law remains open and we remain able to assist our current clients, but we understand that there are many people who, due to COVID-19, currently face challenging living arrangements, or problems seeing their children.
To assist, Cotswold Family Law will be offering free, no-obligation, appointments every Wednesday morning. These are open to anyone who could use assistance at this time. The purpose of these appointments is to provide you with an opportunity to talk to a specialist family law solicitor. You can ask for assistance with questions that you may have on a range of family law issues. Our specialist solicitors are able to advise on divorce, separation, cohabitation and children matters.
Initially, these appointments will be scheduled for 15 – 30 minutes. We will do our best to answer your questions fully in that time, but if you need longer we can discuss arranging a follow-up appointment. Any follow up appointments will be on a more formal basis but we will be clear about the costs at every stage.
These appointments can take place by telephone, or by video meeting using Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
Supporting Healthcare Staff
The role that the NHS and everyone within that organisation has been incredible and, like many others we want to help them as much as they are helping us.
We understand that as NHS staff you may be working during our free clinics. If you work for the NHS and you would like to take advantage of this opportunity to discuss any problems you may have, please get in touch. We can arrange to talk to you, for free, outside of our usual working hours or on a different day to fit in with your working schedule. Please contact us and we can make an arrangement with you to suit. We are also members of the discount schemes to support key workers.
