COVID-19 UDATE
We have no doubt that you will be worried about the current national health concerns and the impact on all of us.
We remain open to current, and new, clients and will continue to be so though we remain mindful of the safety of our staff and that of our clients.
Accordingly, we will not be arranging any face to face appointments unless it is unavoidable to do so. All of our solicitors have direct telephone lines and can be contacted on those, but email remains our primary means of contact. We will also discuss the possibility of using Skype/FaceTime, or any other forms of communication, where possible during this uncertain time.
Should we have to close any, or all, of our offices, both solicitors and support staff have the means to continue working from home, ensuring our ongoing support and assistance with your matters.
Our main office lines will continue to be manned and if you have any questions at all, please contact the solicitor who is looking after your matter, or their secretary.
For those who have, or may have, upcoming court hearings we are being briefed on the most up to date situations with the courts. The courts intend to remain open but will be limiting personal attendances where it can be avoided, with shorter hearings being conducted by remote means where possible. This situation is under constant review by the Ministry of Justice, Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service, and the Judiciary.
We will continue to monitor this ever-changing situation and will react as necessary to continue to provide our services to you, and ensure the safety of our staff.
